Your first session is a comprehensive intake where we gather your history, clarify goals, get to know each other and discern fit. The therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful progress.

Ongoing Therapy
These subsequent sessions build on the foundation set in our intake. We’ll continue exploring your experiences, patterns, and goals at a pace that feels right for you.

Supervision & Consultation
We offer supervision and consultation for therapists working within decolonized, culturally responsive, and relational frameworks, with a focus on LGBTQIA+, ENM, and BDSM/Kink-affirming care.

Outreach & Workshops
We conduct professional trainings and workshops for organizations on mental health and workplace wellbeing topics such as burnout, communication, leadership and imposter syndrome.

We are not in network with Cigna, United, Humana, Magellan, UMR, or others plans not listed.
HMO Plans
We do not accept HMO plans, this includes BCBS HMO, Aetna HMO, and others.
Medicare
We are not enrolled Medicare providers and cannot accept clients with Medicare plans, even for private pay.
Medicaid & CountyCare
Due to federal guidelines, we are unable to accept Medicaid-funded plans for private or sliding scale services.
Tricare & Military Insurance
We are not credentialed with military plans and cannot bill or provide out-of-pocket services under these.

We are out-of-network with all other major insurances (e.g. Cigna, Humana, Tricare). Note, we can provide you with a Superbill and instructions to seek reimbursement.
We also cannot work with clients who have Medicaid or Medicare.

A deductible is the amount you have to pay out-of-pocket for covered health services before your insurance starts to pay. For example, if your deductible is $1,500, you’ll need to pay that full amount yourself before your insurance begins covering sessions (often at a percentage).

Yes. We believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to care. If you're underinsured or experiencing financial hardship, reach out to ask about sliding scale or pro bono options.
